How long does my order take to ship?

We use Australia Post parcel postage standard service for most parcels. This typically takes up to one week from the time of shipping for the package to be received on average within Australia but could take less or more days depending on if the postal address is within a metropolitan or a remote or rural area. Also public holidays and weekends will affect shipping times. The typical range of shipping time could be anywhere from 3 days to about 2 weeks with Australia post. We will endeavour to get your order fulfilled and packaged ready for shipping as soon as possible after your order is placed. If your order has not been received after 2 weeks from the shipping date please contact us and we will follow up the matter with Australia post. However please note we have found Australia post to be very reliable in the past for sending and receiving packages.

Shipping prices?

Flat rate shipping is avaliable at checkout, for $11 within Australia, and $15 internationally, per order. There is also an option to choose shipping calculated by weight if a customer prefers. Customers can choose there preffered shipping option at the time of checkout and this will be calculated at the time of checkout. If a customer has a current valid discount code they can enter this code at the time of checkout. Discount codes may lower the price of products, shipping, or both.

What is your return policy?

We offer refunds or exchanges for items that are faulty, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind however. Exchanges excludes lipgloss products, and earrings. Exchange on earrings and lip products are prohibited by Australian retail trading laws for hygiene reasons. If a product of this nature is faulty we can only issue a refund rather than an exchange. We may ask for evidence of faulty products before issuing a refund just for our records such as a photo of faulty products so we can improtove any issues with a product.
